Awakening with Spring; Cleansing, Connecting and Celebrating Rebirth

This event will include a practical talk and Sound journey to gain a greater depth of knowledge and physical experience with frequency and vibrations of sound through instrumental and natural noise.  

Free flow discussion and reflection around release will take place with a cleansing walk upon on the sacred labyrinth of the land.  

Learning more about the individual elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit, you will go on to stand within the stone circle of the land respectively acknowledging and connecting with each elemental energy around and within yourselves.  

You can expect to learn more about Spring time energies, correspondences and deities throughout time from various cultures and traditions and take part in mindfulness activities and meditation as well as creating your own creative manifestation board.  

Light snacks and drinks provided along with a cosy yurt fire and the connective company of likeminded folk on private land in Northamptonshire.
