An Autumn Evening Of Spiritual Wellbeing

The evening event will include a shamanic based sound therapy session with Paul and a calming seasonal meditation and mindfulness talk with Titania to keep you grounded and in positive spirit over the winter months ahead.  

The evening will be limited on numbers to create connectivity and held in a majestic lit up yurt with a cosy log burner, including a tasty hot chocolate and marshmellows for the ultimate soul food package.  

The location of this event is on private land in Northamptonshire. (Location given at the time of booking.)
